What We Do
Here at Worldover we are creating the infrastructure to bring automation to the chemicals industry, building the next generation operation system.
We’re building a modular, AI-powered system that automates the end to end process of making the consumer goods that we all use.It’s an enormous challenge and that’s exactly why we’re here.

What We Offer
Hybrid Working
We work from our Camden HQ
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Holiday
25 days holiday + bank holidays from January - December.
Pension Scheme
3% from us, 1% from you.
Working Hours
Our working hours are 9am to 6pm. Flexible start and end upon request for a 9 hour day.
Equity
Options allocated to each employee post probation (3 months).
Learning & Development
On a case by case basis we review what is individually suited per employee, whether it be a conference, mentoring or a course, and we make it happen.
Our Interview Process
Our typical interview process with some variations per role:
First stage
Screening with our Head of People & Talent.
(30 mins)
Second stage
Line Manager Technical Overview of the role and your experience.
(30 mins)
Third stage
Presentation of a task or work you’re most proud of to the team.
(45 mins)
Final stage
On-site meeting our Co-Founders.
(45 mins)
